【美检察官提出动议拟阻止Tornado Cash联创Roman Storm专家证人出庭】金色财经报道，据Protos披露，美国检察官已提出动议阻止Tornado Cash创始人 Roman Storm的专家证人出庭，检察官称他们是“特洛伊木马”，会浪费陪审团时间并混淆陪审员对隐私、代币经济学和KYC的理解，这意味着Roman Storm的辩护团队需要更多时间来回应试图消除八项辩护论点的大量文件，检察官甚至反对延长两天时间。 此外，有消息称美国司法部撤销了对Roman Storm的“无牌汇款”指控，也不再将Tornado Cash称为“金融机构”，但保留洗钱指控。据悉，Roman Storm的审判预计于7月14日在纽约开始，Vitalik和以太坊基金会对其表达了支持。
