利嘉阁发声明指，自2019年获发展商委托销售珺珑湾(已易名为“缇岸”)单位，至今发展商仍拖欠公司超过154个单位的佣金，涉及逾3,000万元。利嘉阁地产表示已通过法律途径，向发展商发出告票追讨佣金，就上述法律程序，不排除进一步考虑就有关楼盘销售向法院申请禁制令，以保障公司的佣金权益。
利嘉阁地产已向前线员工发出通告，指示前线员工不应继续为上述楼盘进行销售，同时须提醒客户如购买上述项目需承担的风险。
缇岸前称“恒大-珺珑湾”，位于屯门青山公路扫管笏段管翠路8号，由内房中国恒大(03333.HK) 发展，及后被福彩接管。该项目日前修改9张价单，减价推售27个单位。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
