Odaily星球日报讯 港股上市公司迷策略（HK2440）宣布，已于公开市场购入 2440 枚 Solana（SOL），交易金额约为 290.75 万港元，资金来源为公司内部资源。公司在公告中表示，Solana 具备去中心化应用、DeFi 基础设施及 Web3 创新等关键价值。 消息公布后，迷策略股价上涨约 21%，现报 2.42 港元/股。迷策略近期已正式更名，英文名称为“MemeStrategy”，股份代号维持不变，显示其战略重点正逐步转向加密与 Web3 领域。 据此前消息，9GAG 联创曾宣布完成对港股上市公司濠暻科技控股的收购，拟更名为 MemeStrategy 并配置比特币资产。
