【EPA新提案引发美豆油涨停，国内油脂同步大涨！】金十期货特约光大期货点评：上周五晚间，美国政府提议在未来两年内增加炼油厂必须掺入美国燃料组合中的生物燃料数量，其中包括大幅增加生物质柴油的使用量。在生物柴油需求激增的预期下，美豆油夜盘涨停，并带动本周一国内油脂大涨。其中棕榈油领涨，日内涨幅超4%。1. 具体来看，EPA提议2026年生物质柴油强制掺混56.1亿加仑，高于2025年的33.5亿加仑，此前市场预期生柴RVO为46.5-52.5亿加仑。实际数量高于预期，油脂增仓大涨。需要注意的是，此次仍是提案，并未形成正常法规，还需警惕后续或提案变化。2. 此外，以色列和伊朗之间的地缘冲突也对油脂价格形成较大支撑。上周末以色列军方宣布对伊朗西部数十个地对地导弹目标发起打击，并首次袭击了伊朗南部布什尔省的两家炼油厂，以及德黑兰附近的燃料储存罐。若冲突进一步蔓延至关键能源基础设施，或者伊朗不顾后果封锁霍尔木兹海峡，将对全球能源供应链造成重大冲击。上周原油周度涨幅超10%，油脂因生物柴油消费，和原油关联度大于油料和蛋白粕。所以当原油价格大涨时，油脂上涨。目前中东地缘仍在发展中，关注该事件对油脂的影响。
