智通财经APP获悉，道达尔(TTE.US)与作业者雪佛龙(CVX.US)周一联合宣布，道达尔已从雪佛龙手中收购美国海上勘探区块组合25%的工作权益。
此次收购涵盖40个联邦外大陆架(OCS)租赁区块，总面积约1000平方公里，距海岸线175至330公里不等。根据道达尔发布的声明，该资产组合包括沃克岭地区的13个区块、密西西比峡谷的9个区块以及东布雷克斯的18个区块。
通过此次交易，道达尔将获得多样化的海上勘探资产组合，进一步深化与雪佛龙在美国海上油气开发的战略合作伙伴关系。此次合作基于双方现有合资项目的基础，包括今年投产的巴利摩尔项目(道达尔持股40%)、去年投产的安可项目(持股37.14%)，以及正在生产的杰克(持股25%)和塔希提(持股17%)等资产。
另据道达尔首席执行官Patrick Pouyanne周一透露，公司计划将30%的资本支出用于建设综合电力业务。Pouyanne在亚洲能源会议上表示，道达尔的目标是到2030年将电力业务在整体业务组合中的占比提升至20%。
