文润华先生(彼具备香港上市规则第3.28条所规定的必要专业资格及相关经验)已获委任为联席公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代表，自2025年6月16日起生效，以接替梁君慧女士，而石慧仪女士已获委任为联席公司秘书，自2025年6月16日起生效，以接替林美香女士。
