据法新社6月12日报道，美国国会议员批准了白宫的一项请求，即从国会已经划拨的款项中收回94亿美元，这对特朗普总统来说是一次胜利。目前，他正在努力落实科技亿万富翁埃隆·马斯克带头推动的开支削减。

报道称，共和党领导的美国众议院举行的投票被视为对马斯克曾领导的政府效率部所寻求的节约措施能否在国会轻松获得通过的第一次考验。几天前，马斯克刚刚以令人不悦的方式退出政府。

但这一节省资金的做法——主要是针对公共广播和对外援助的资金——在两党部分人士中不受欢迎，众议院共和党人以214票对212票的微弱优势勉强令该法案获得通过。

众议院议长迈克·约翰逊在一份声明中说：“在特朗普总统的领导下，你们纳税人的钱不再被浪费。相反，它们正被导向真正有利于美国人民的优先事项。”

报道还称，国会已经批准的关于撤回拨款的立法极为罕见，几十年来都没有这样的措施获得通过。

这次投票是约翰逊所吹捧的可能推行的一揽子计划中的第一项，这些计划将对政府效率部所做的削减进行立法。
