智通财经APP讯，巨京控股(08450)发布公告，于2025年6月13日，公司非全资附属公司Voice Production与澳门星订立合作协议，据此，订约方同意共同筹办该赛事(即“FIBA 3 x3世界巡回大师赛澳门站2025”)，并将共同承担该赛事所产生的相关开支以及均分就此产生的利润(如有)。根据合作协议，Voice Production就该赛事所承担的相关开支以400万港元为限。
董事会相信，透过订立合作协议与澳门星建立伙伴关系，令集团得以受益于澳门星及老先生在制作高质素体育及娱乐活动方面的专业知识与经验，从中汲取宝贵的行业洞察力及发掘更多商机。此外，FIBA赛事乃享负盛名的国际篮球赛事，作为该赛事的协办机构，集团将获得全球曝光率及庞大市场知名度，有利于娱乐节目制作行业占一席位。此外，合作协议项下的利润分成安排将扩大集团的收入来源，为股东缔造更大价值。
