智通财经APP讯，义合控股(01662)公布，预期该集团截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占溢利约3600万-4100万港元，而2024财年公司拥有人应占溢利为约2210万港元。
董事会认为，公司拥有人应占溢利增加乃主要归因于以下因素的综合影响：
(i) 于2025财年上半年，由于集团多项大型项目全面展开，集团的核心业务-地基及其他土木工程，以及隧道工程的收益增加约2.61亿港元，因而毛利增加约3690万港元。
(ii) 由于集团物业整体出租率上升令收益增加约1280万港元，集团的物业活化及升级业务亏损减少约560万港元(不包括(iv)段所述的投资物业减值亏损);
(iii) 由于公司额外投入650万港元用于研发有价值和创新的技术，健康及环境创新业务的亏损增加了约1000万港元。此外，公司还额外支出810万港元用于扩大销售及行销团队，以及招聘优秀的科学家;及
(iv) 与集团位于中国的物业活化及升级业务有关的投资物业减值亏损增加约596万港元。
