智通财经APP讯，荣利营造(09639)公布，预期该集团截至2025年3月31日止年度取得收入不少于7亿港元，同比增加不少于33%。增加主要由于若干关键项目进展良好。预计报告年度公司拥有人应占利润将不少于5000万港元，较上一年度公司拥有人应占利润7690万港元减少不多于35%。就董事会所深知，这主要是由于以下因素的综合影响：于报告期间因公司于香港联合交易所有限公司上市而产生的开支增加;及雇员花红以及其他一般及行政开支增加，主要是集团进一步提升经营管理能力所致。
