智通财经APP获悉，6月13日，中国证监会公布境外发行上市备案补充材料要求公示(2025年6月6日—2025年6月12日)。证监会要求数智云库(DCR.US)补充说明境内运营实体涉及元宇宙概念的具体情况及合规性，是否存在相关法律法规禁止的情形，是否涉及服务或支持虚拟资产交易。据悉，数智云库已于2月21日正式向SEC递交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请。
同时，中国证监会要求说明股权架构搭建及返程并购的合规性。(1)境外搭建离岸架构涉及的外汇登记、境外投资、外商投资、税费缴纳等监管程序合法合规情况的结论性意见。(2)返程投资的定价依据及公允性，是否符合《外国投资者并购境内企业的规定》。
公开资料显示，数智云库通过其在中国设立的子公司，广泛服务于电影电视、OTT视频、游戏、动画、数字文化旅游、广告以及扩展现实等多个行业，提供全方位的视觉效果制作服务。从业绩来看，数智云库实现了高增长。2024财年(截至6月30日止12个月)数智云库的收入为1586.34万美元，同比增长186.7%，期内的净利润为119.31万美元，同比增长199%。
