智通财经APP讯，中油工程(600339.SH)发布公告，公司全资子公司中国石油工程建设有限公司(简称“工程建设公司”)近日与TotalEnergies(简称“道达尔能源”)就伊拉克阿塔维油田气体处理厂项目(简称“阿塔维GPP项目”)签署EPSCC承包合同，合同金额16.01亿美元(约115.38亿元人民币)。合同履行期限：合同生效后36个月达到开车条件，39个月临时验收，之后进入24个月质保期。
该合同履行对公司本年度的资产总额、净资产和净利润等不构成重大影响。由于合同履行期较长，该合同实施后将对公司未来4-5年的营业收入和利润总额产生一定积极影响。
