智通财经APP讯，康臣药业(01681)发布公告，公司决定透过行使公司股东于2025年5月22日举行的股东周年大会上授予董事局回购公司股份的一般授权执行股份回购计划。公司将于公开市场回购股份。
可用予进行建议回购股份的资金总数最多为2亿港元。
董事局对公司的业务发展及前景充满信心，认为公司目前的股价并未充分反映其内在价值及投资者所认知的价值。董事局相信，取决于当时的市况及筹资安排，股份回购计划符合公司长期发展战略。实施股份回购计划将会优化公司资本结构的管理，并提高每股资产净值及╱或每股盈利，符合公司和其股东的整体利益。
公司拥有稳健的财政状况，拟以现有可用现金进行股份回购，同时维持充裕财务资源以满足其业务的持续增长。
