智通财经APP获悉，震坤行(ZKH.US)宣布，其董事会已批准一项新的股份回购计划，截止日期为2026年6月13日。根据该计划，公司可在未来12个月内回购总额最高达5000万美元的公司股份(包括美国存托股份)。
震坤行董事长兼首席执行官陈龙表示：“我们启动新的股份回购计划，体现了我们对公司内在价值和长期增长前景的坚定信心。我们近期的财务和运营业绩凸显了公司商业模式的稳健性和韧性，为我们可持续发展提供了坚实基础。得益于健康的资产负债表、良好的现金流以及有效的战略执行，我们有能力持续推动业务增长，不断为所有利益相关方创造价值。”
财务数据显示，震坤行2025年一季度业绩超市场预期，收入和盈利能力均得到提升，经营现金流显著改善。其中，自主品牌GMV突破1.9亿人民币，同步增长约40%，震坤行平台保持高度活跃，总成交客户数超过6万家，同比增长30.3%，客户数单季创新高。此外，其海外业务发展加速，销售收入和客户数均实现月环比翻倍增长。
