SBI Shinsei Bank plans to file for relisting on the Tokyo Stock Exchange as early as July, aiming to go public by the end of 2025, Reuters reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The lender, which was taken private by SBI Holdings (TYO:8473) in 2023, is eyeing a valuation of about 1.5 trillion yen, with the final figure depending on market conditions, the report said, citing one of the people.

SBI Shinsei Bank appointed Nomura Securities and Goldman Sachs as joint global coordinators for the listing, the sources reportedly said.
