The notes, due in 2032, carry an interest rate of 5.250% and were priced at 99.832% of the principal amount. The proceeds from this offering, which is expected to settle on June 17, 2025, will be used for general corporate purposes such as repaying debt, acquiring properties, and funding capital expenditures.
