MS Concept Ltd. has announced a major transaction involving the lease renewal of premises for an existing restaurant. The Board disclosed that Lord Restaurant, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has signed and returned a new tenancy agreement with MCGL, an independent third party, as the landlord. The lease renewal is set for a term of three years, commencing from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2028. A circular with details of the agreement is expected to be dispatched to shareholders by July 8, 2025, in compliance with GEM Listing Rules and the company's articles of association.
