智通财经APP讯，南南资源(01229)发布公告，本集团预期将取得由截至2024年3月31日止年度(2024财政年度)的溢利约3770万港元增加至2025年3月31日止年度(2025财政年度)的溢利约不少于8000万港元。
2025年财政年度溢利增加乃主要由于以下因素的净影响：(i)2025年财政年度的毛利增加至约1.54亿港元，而2024年财政年度则约为4314万港元，主要由于本公司煤矿业务大幅增加所致;(ii)于2025年财政年度取得汇兑收益约1115万港元，而于2024年财政年度则取得汇兑亏损约346万港元;(iii)本公司于2008年发行将于2026年3月13日到期，本金总额为2亿港元的零息可换股债券(可换股债券)的公平值变动收益，其于2025财政年度指定为按公平值列账并在损益内处理(按公平值列账并在损益内处理)的金融负债约1115万港元，而于2024财政年度则指定为按公平值列账并在损益内处理的金融负债可换股债券的公平值变动收益约6279万港元;及2025年财政年度所得税开支增加至约3179万港元，而于2024年财政年度则约为79万港元。
