IT之家 6 月 13 日消息，美光执行副总裁兼首席商务官 Sumit Sadana 在接受台媒《电子时报》 (DIGITIMES) 专访时表示，该企业已向 PC 及数据中心等领域客户发布 DDR4 / LPDDR4 内存 EOL 停产通知，预计明年一季度后消费性、PC 及数据中心用 DDR4 将缩产或减产。
美光未来仍将向车用、工业、网通三大领域长期客户持续供应 DDR4 / LPDDR4 内存，以满足这部分客户对品质和稳定供应的需求。Sumit Sadana 认为 DDR4 严重缺货的现状将得到延续。
Sumit Sadana 表示，存储器的毛利率和定价尚未达到半导体行业的普遍水平；美光下部将针对获利较低的细分市场（如移动设备）提高定价能力，确保能增加利润。
