EDU Holdings (ASX:EDU) said total student enrollments for the second trimester of the year in its higher education business, Ikon Institute, surged 118% compared with the same period in the previous year, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Total student enrollments clocked in at 3,725 during the reported period from 1,709 a year earlier, while new student enrollments came in at 711, rising 33% year over year from 533, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell nearly 4% in recent Friday trade.
