智通财经APP获悉，华润万象生活(01209)涨近3%，截至发稿，涨2.53%，报40.6港元，成交额7052.98万港元。
大摩发布研报指出，相信华润万象生活的股价于未来30天将会上升，概率约为70%至80%。报告解释指，华润万象生活的购物商场5月的同店销售增长达到高个位数，再次超出市场预期，而今年首五个月的同店销售增长则仍保持强劲，达高个位数。大摩相信，连同6至9月的低基数，可能会令华润万象生活的管理层上调同店销售增长指引，为今年盈利带来上行空间。
美银证券此前表示，去年中国物管行业的现金水平持续上升6%，目前平均占其市场份额的50%。现金的累积可能使行业在市场低迷时相对更具防守性，但这亦表明物管公司缺乏投资机会。如果该行业的自由现金流保持稳健，该行认为行业可透过进行新投资、进一步提高股东回报及潜在私有化机会来调配资金。
