智通财经APP获悉，狮腾控股(02652)再涨超12%，近六个交易日累计涨幅已近70%。截至发稿，涨10.5%，报24.1港元，成交额2.07亿港元。
消息面上，6月9日，狮腾控股宣布，计划收购一家中国领先的SaaS平台公司至少80%的股权。潜在目标公司为一家中国领先的SaaS平台，为企业及商业机构提供全渠道数字化商务、智慧零售及供应链解决方案，在中国SaaS市场占有重大份额，已服务超过3万家企业客户，年订单处理量超过40亿笔，年交易总额（GMV）超过人民币5000亿元。该公司还与超过100个国内外渠道建立深度整合，在单一平台上提供全面服务。
狮腾控股表示，此次收购将为公司带来变革性协同效益，不仅能即时接触目标公司庞大的企业客户网络，更可通过整合双方技术优势，打造尖端的AI驱动Saas平台。合并后将拥有中国及东南亚最大的多渠道商贸大数据湖仓之一，有望在快速增长的数字化转型市场中抢占先机。据悉，狮腾控股位于新加坡，主要股东包括阿里巴巴、Gobi Partners及香港电讯。
