2025年6月12日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，中国国际海运集装箱(集团)股份有限公司2025年度跟踪评级报告获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于中国国际海运集装箱（集团）股份有限公司（以下简称“中集集团”或“公司”）作为世界领先的集装箱生产企业，具有极强的规模优势和市场竞争力，多元化经营有利于抵御单一行业波动带来的风险，跟踪期内利润和经营获现能力提升，资本结构稳健，融资渠道畅通等因素对公司信用水平起到的支撑作用；但中诚信国际也关注到集装箱制造行业存在周期性波动、2024年以来公司毛利率下滑、面临一定汇率波动风险等因素可能对公司经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，中国国际海运集装箱（集团）股份有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
