智通财经APP讯，佑驾创新(02431)公布，于2025年6月13日，该公司拟向上海攀卓信息科技有限公司出售湖南佑湘网联智能科技有限公司51%权益，总对价为人民币18.36万元。
于建议出售事项完成后，该公司将持有目标公司49%权益，而目标公司将不再为公司的附属公司。目标公司主要从事车路协同相关业务。
公告称，公司决定出售相关资产，将资源集中用于智能驾驶、智能座舱领域的研发和投入，不断推出具有更高智能驾驶水准的解决方案，为消费者提供更智能、便捷和安全的驾驶体验，满足消费者对于高科技配置和自动驾驶的需求。建议出售目标公司有助于聚焦重点业务，将资源投入到更具发展潜力、有望获得更高回报的业务领域。
