智通财经APP讯，联合能源集团(00467)发布公告，于2025年6月13日，公司全资附属公司United Energy Upstream DMCC(UEU)与Uzbekneftegaz JSC(UNG)订立增产合约，内容有关乌兹别克斯坦加兹利(Gazli)地区的项目。
根据该合同，UEU将负责于UNG位于加兹利地区的21个UNG油气田及10个勘探区块(该项目)实施增产作业及勘探作业。
集团为中国香港最大的综合能源上市公司之一，业务遍布南亚、中东及北非地区以及欧洲。集团主要从事上游石油及天然气、清洁能源及能源贸易业务。乌兹别克斯坦为集团拓展新国家的战略重点区域之一。
董事会相信，该项目代表公司于中亚地区能源组合的战略性扩张，并符合公司在提高成熟油气资产产量方面的核心专长。加兹利地区蕴藏大量未开发潜力，其中21个现有油气田提供稳定的生产基础，而10个勘探区块为储量增长提供重大上升空间。与乌兹别克斯坦国家能源龙头企业UNG建立的长期合作伙伴关系，为可持续的地区发展搭建了平台。
在营运方面，此机遇可发挥公司于气田优化的技术优势，同时受益于UNG的现有基础设施及数据资源。
