智通财经APP讯，经济日报集团(00423)发布截至2025年3月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收益8.04亿港元，同比减少13%;公司股东应占亏损3568.9万港元，去年同期则取得溢利5422.2万港元;每股亏损8.27港仙。
经确认集团若干投资物业的非现金减值520万港元后，截至2025年3月31日止财政年度的股东应占亏损为3570万港元。截至2024年3月31日止财政年度的净业绩包括出售物业的一次性收益1.221亿港元，部分被集团若干非流动资产的非现金减值1180万港元及撇减递延所得税资产2110万港元（一次性项目）所抵销。经扣除于两个年度的非现金减值及一次性项目后，集团的业绩与上一财政年度比较改善了450万港元，主要由于执行了有效的成本控制措施。
