智通财经APP讯，中国新消费集团(08275)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年3月31日止年度，将取得净亏损约2700万港元至约3500万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度则为纯利760万港元。董事会认为，净亏损的增加主要由于分包商成本增加，导致毛利减少;计提物业、厂房及设备减值拨备;及持作买卖证券的公平值亏损增加。
