智通财经APP讯，新百利融资(08439)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年3月31日止年度取得除税后亏损约1380万港元(2024年：约360万港元)。此包括与以股份为基础的付款开支相关的非现金开支约160万港元(2024年：约70万港元)及已就贸易应收款项确认的减值拨备约230万港元(2024年：约190万港元)。估计除税后亏损增加乃主要由于香港企业融资市场的营商环境不利，导致收入减少约1580万港元，惟部分被截至2025年3月31日止年度下半年推出的成本优化计划令雇员福利成本减少约400万港元所抵销。尽管预期将取得除税后亏损，集团的流动资金状况依然稳健，于2025年3月31日，现金及现金等价物约为5160万港元，且并无银行借款。
截至2024年9月30日止六个月，集团取得中期除税前亏损约1170万港元及经调整除税前亏损约1060万港元(不包括以股份为基础的付款约110万港元)。为此，集团于2024年12月实施成本优化计划，以更新雇员薪酬组合及加强营运成本控制。因此，预期截至2025年3月31日止六个月的除税前亏损约为210万港元，或按经调整基准计算则约为收支平衡(不包括酌情花红、以股份为基础的付款及就无形资产确认的减值亏损合共约220万港元)。
