　　远东宏信（03360）发布公告，自2025年6月7日至本公告日期，本金总额合共2090.5万美元的债券（占债券初始本金总额约6.97%）已于2025年6月13日根据条件按当前换股价每股股份5.19港元转换并注销，导致合共3121.77万股股份（占担保人于2025年5月31日已发行股本总额约 0.72%）已发行及入账为缴足股份。

　　于本公告日期，发行在外的债券本金总额约为2.45亿美元（“发行在外的债券”），占债券初始本金总额约81.70%。假设按当前换股价每股股份5.19港元（可予调整）悉数转换，则于2025年5月31日有关转换所产生的股份将占担保人已发行股本总额约8.42%。
