6月16日，联合资信公布评级报告，佛山市地铁集团有限公司2023年度第一期中期票据获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，跟踪期内，佛山市地铁集团有限公司（以下简称“公司”）仍代表佛山市参与途经佛山的国家铁路、省属铁路、珠江三角洲城际轨道交通项目建设，业务具有区域专营优势。佛山市是“广佛都市圈”和“粤港澳大湾区”的重要组成部分，工业基础良好，经济总量及财政实力在广东省排名靠前，公司外部发展环境良好，继续获得有力的外部支持。随着地铁线路的逐步通车，公司城市轨道交通运营收入大幅增长，佛山市城市轨道交通线网已初步形成，但受行业特性影响持续亏损，对政府补贴依赖大。公司在建及拟建城市轨道交通项目投资规模大，未来投资压力大；公司代表佛山市履行区域内铁路投资项目的出资人职责，因投资资金由财政拨付，公司无融资压力；公司汽车运营业务经营较为稳定，但业务整体盈利空间有限。公司资产主要为对轨道交通项目的投资，整体资产质量尚可；公司债务规模有所增长，以长期债务为主，期限结构合理，整体债务负担适中，融资渠道合理，集中偿付压力不大；短期偿债能力指标表现强，长期偿债能力指标表现一般，间接融资渠道较为通畅，存在较大的或有负债风险。
