智通财经APP讯，天能动力(00819)公布，天能控股(公司的间接全资附属公司)近期分别与八间银行订立一系列该等战略合作框架协议，以推进天能控股与各该等银行就投资产品及╱或服务的业务合作，各项由各别战略合作框架协议日期起计为期三年。
根据各该等战略合作框架协议，天能控股可向各别银行认购或购买投资产品及╱或服务，各协议的每日最高投资余额为人民币7亿元。
公告称，订立该等战略框架合作协议可促进集团合理使用其临时闲置资金，并对投资产品进行严格评估，选择流动性相对较高、投资回报相对较高的低风险投资产品，增加现金资产收益。此外，该等银行于中国从事银行业务，均为发展成熟且备受认可的商业银行。长远而言，集团与该等银行建立合作关系，可为集团提供拓展融资及财富管理渠道的机会。
