Foresight News 消息，据越南当地媒体报道 The Investor 报道，越南国民议会于 6 月 14 日批准了《数字技术产业法》，该法案将数字资产纳入监管范围，并正式承认加密资产的合法地位。该法案将于 2026 年 1 月 1 日生效，将加密资产定义为在创建、发行、存储或转移过程中使用加密或类似数字技术进行验证的数字资产，并将数字资产分为虚拟资产和加密资产两类。虚拟资产是一种用于交换或投资的数字资产形式，不包括证券、法定货币的数字代表物或民法和金融法定义的其他金融工具。加密资产是依赖加密技术验证交易和所有权的数字资产。与虚拟资产一样，在现有法律框架下，加密资产明确排除证券、数字法定货币和其他金融资产。 [查看更多]
