Foresight News 消息，香港特别行政区政府财经事务及库务局局长许正宇在陆家嘴论坛接受采访表示，稳定币的使用是为了回归金融的本质，切实解决经济活动中的痛点问题，而非单纯追求科技的应用或者仅仅为实现互通互联，对稳定币发行的监管与对类似的金融机构的监管有相似性，具体体现： 第一，发行人本身需要有资本金； 第二，发行人如果跟稳定币持有者换钱之后，储备金必须任何时候不低于未赎回稳定币背后货币的价值； 第三，如果稳定币的持有人要与发行人换回本币，必须在一个交易日、一个商业日或一个工作天内完成。 [查看更多]
