1350 ET - UBS expects Darden Restaurants to show a strong sales trajectory among key brands when it report F4Q results slated for Friday. Marketing efforts, new menu items and contributions from Uber Direct should result in solid trends across the restaurant operator's Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse brands, analysts say in a research note. Still, investors' main focus will likely be Darden's fiscal 2026 guidance. UBS says expectations are that Olive Garden same store sales strengthened further into F1Q26, suggesting initial FY26 adjusted EPS guidance in a range of about $10.60-10.80 versus consensus of $10.73. Darden rises 3%. (connor.hart@wsj.com)
