Hufvudstaden AB has announced that Visa is establishing a new office within one of its properties in Stockholm's financial district. This move underscores Visa's commitment to strengthening its presence in Sweden, a key market for the company. The office premises will undergo extensive modernization to cater to Visa's operational needs and support its growth in the Nordic region. Visa will also co-locate some of its operations with fintech company Tink, which it recently acquired. The decision to choose the NK property highlights the location's appeal and Hufvudstaden's ability to provide modern and flexible office solutions. CBRE acted as an advisor to Visa during this process.
