6月20日金融一线消息，中国人民银行河北省分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，石家庄鹿泉农村商业银行股份有限公司因未按规定履行客户身份识别义务，被罚款42万元。

　　郭某端（时任石家庄鹿泉农村商业银行股份有限公司行长）、韩某飞（时任石家庄鹿泉农村商业银行股份有限公司风险合规部经理）对上述违法行为负有责任，分别被罚款3.5万元。
