新浪科技讯 6月20日上午消息，近日名创优品创始人、董事会主席兼首席执行官叶国富公开谈到了IP运营的“方法论”。他认为IP运营分为四步动作：第一步签约独家IP或孵化自有IP；第二步开发产品；第三步门店上架销售同时跑数据；第四步对数据好的IP进行种草推广。

　　同时，他还表示，“市场上签约艺术家IP或者自己孵化IP的潮玩公司如果没有自己的门店形成闭环，将面临极大的经营挑战，这类案例在业内已屡见不鲜。”
