金吾财讯 | 据媒体引述知情人士报道，新世界发展(00017)已与路易威登（Louis Vuitton）达成协议，将在香港开设一家新的大型旗舰店。新世界发展将根据门店营业额部分收取租金。该旗舰店预计于2026年底于新世界发展控制的K11 Musea商场开业，经过大规模翻新后，该店将成为路易威登在亚洲最大的门店之一，面积约4万平方尺。店内将主要用于非零售功能，包括博物馆、咖啡厅及VIP客户专属休息室。
