6月20日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对江西省弋投建设（集团）有限公司及“23弋投债01/23弋投01”及“23弋投债02/23弋投02”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持江西省弋投建设（集团）有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“23弋投债01/23弋投01”及“23弋投债02/23弋投02”信用等级均为AAA。
资料显示，江西省弋投建设（集团）有限公司是上饶市弋阳县最重要的基础设施建设主体，主要从事弋阳县范围内的基础设施及保障房建设，同时公司还开展旅游经营、酒店服务、房屋租赁、贸易、河道采砂等业务。弋阳县国有资产监督管理办公室是公司的唯一股东，弋阳县人民政府为公司实际控制人。
东方金诚认为，上饶市综合经济实力仍很强，其下辖的弋阳县经济实力依然较强；公司主营业务区域专营性仍很强，得到了股东和相关各方的有力支持；江西信用担保为“23弋投债01/23弋投01”、江西担保集团为“23弋投债02/23弋投02”提供的担保仍具有很强的增信作用。同时，东方金诚关注到，公司仍面临一定的资本支出压力，资产流动性依然较弱，存在较大的短期偿债压力，现金流表现整体欠佳。综上所述，公司主体信用风险很低，偿债能力很强，“23弋投债01/23弋投01”及“23弋投债02/23弋投02”到期不能偿还的风险极低。
