Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering (SHE:300832) obtained medical device registration for its CO₂ Assay Kit from Guangdong's medical products administrator.
The kit is a diagnostic tool to assess acid-base imbalances in blood, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The approval for the Class II medical device is valid until June 17, 2030.
Shares of the biomedical technology company were down over 1% in recent trade.
