6月20日零时，由甘肃省公航旅集团携手社会资本方与天水市人民政府共同投资建设的S25静宁至天水高速公路庄浪至天水段项目（以下简称“天庄高速公路”）社棠镇至麦积镇终点段正式建成通车，标志着天庄高速全线贯通运营。

　　S25静宁至天水高速公路庄浪至天水段项目，经甘肃省发展改革委批准建设，由甘肃公航旅天庄高速公路管理有限公司负责建设运营养护工作。项目采用“设计－建设－运营－移交”方式，为设计施工总承包（EPC）模式，建设工期4年，运营期30年。项目起点位于平凉市庄浪县朱店镇，终点止于天水市麦积区麦积镇，主线全长101.787公里，连接线长16.183公里，桥隧占比64.8%，主线采用双向四车道高速公路标准建设，设计速度80公里/小时。

　　全线共设7个收费站（龙山收费站、张家川收费站、黄门收费站、清水收费站、小泉收费站、社棠收费站、伯阳收费站），2个服务区（龙山服务区、清水共享服务区），1处停车区（黄门停车区）。

　　天庄高速公路的全线通车运营将有效连通青兰、连霍、平绵、银昆、十天等国家高速，对于完善甘肃省东部地区高速路网结构，加快推动县域经济社会发展和乡村振兴起到至关重要的作用，为沿线地区经济社会高质量发展注入强劲动能。
