智通财经APP获悉，据报道，汇丰控股(00005)正组建一个专门团队，为那些通常难以从其他渠道吸引资金的基础设施项目提供融资，还指出汇丰的企业与机构银行部门（Corporate and Institutional Banking，CIB）正在物色一位“战略性融资合作全球主管（Global head of strategic financing partnerships）”。
消息显示，汇丰几个月前就开始寻找人选来担任这一职位，该职位可能设在美国，但到目前为止尚未确定人选。该职位将向汇丰CIB部门内负责基础设施融资与可持续发展业务的行政总裁Danny Alexander汇报。消息还指出，战略性融资合作主管将全球组建一个小型团队，专注于为基础设施项目开展所谓的“混合融资”（blended finance）交易。
