东方电子终止与贝壳找房原租赁合同 新签2.66亿元五年期合同
6月20日，东方电子（000682）发布公告，关于原房屋租赁合同终止暨新签合同的情况。
根据公告，公司与贝壳找房(北京)科技有限公司的原租赁合同将于2025年6月30日终止，新的租赁合同金额为2.66亿元，租赁期限自2025年7月1日至2030年6月30日。原合同的租赁金额为3.77亿元，合同终止对公司的经营成果不构成重大影响。
合同终止后，公司预计受影响的租赁收入将减少5793万元，占公司最近一期经审计营业收入的0.77%。新签的租赁合同将有助于提高公司资产的利用效率，并增加收益和现金流量。
公司表示，承租方贝壳找房的履约能力良好，且与公司不存在关联关系，因此合同的履行不会使公司对承租人形成依赖，风险较低。
2025年一季度，东方电子实现收入14.06亿元，归母净利润1.21亿元。
