智通财经APP讯，弥明生活百货(08473)公布，于2025年6月20日，公司全资附属公司Rosy和Inwell US拟分别向袁弥明女士及袁弥望女士出售日本物业及美国物业，代价分别约3223万港元及657.5万港元。

据悉，日本物业为一个住宅单位，位于日本东京都港区六本木1丁目9-18方舟山仙石山森大厦10阶1001号室。该物业的总销售面积约为102.18平方米。美国物业为一个住宅单位，位于美国8738 Stella Nova Street, Las Vegas, NV 89139。美国物业包括一幢两层洋房，楼面面积约4,344平方尺及地盘面积约6,098平方尺。
公告称，集团分别于2022年及2021年收购日本物业及美国物业。于过去数年，日本物业已升值，董事会认为透过出售日本物业，集团将能够变现日本物业随时间所获得的升值。尽管美国物业的价值较其收购代价维持相对稳定，出售事项所得款项将为集团带来额外营运资金，令集团可分配更多资源至集团的现有业务营运。
