Vodatel Networks Holdings Limited held its Annual General Meeting on 23rd May 2025. The proposals included receiving and adopting the audited consolidated financial statements and reports for the year ended 31st December 2024, approving the payment of a final dividend, and re-electing Wong Tsu An Patrick as an independent non-executive Director. All proposals were approved.
