智通财经APP讯，中国智能交通(01900)发布公告，于2025年6月20日(交易时段后)，公司间接全资拥有的附属公司亚邦伟业技术、卖方及目标公司北京中智润邦科技有限公司订立股权转让协议，据此，亚邦伟业技术有条件同意收购而卖方有条件同意出售目标公司的40%股权，总代价为人民币8000万元。
公告称，收购事项乃集团深化铁路智能化的重要策略行动，作为扩展集团业务、提升技术能力及巩固市场定位的转型步骤，将使集团的收入来源多元化及提供可持续的策略价值。收购事项目前为少数股权投资，并无进行财务整合，若目标公司实现稳定盈利，公司可于未来探讨进一步资本合作。
