消息面上，6月16日，亚盛医药发布公告，公司原创1类新药奥雷巴替尼（耐立克®）和EED抑制剂APG-5918等品种的13项研究进展已在2025年欧洲血液学协会(EHA)年会上展示。值得注意的是，本次EHA年会上入选的多篇研究展示了奥雷巴替尼广泛的治疗潜力，尤其是该药物作为新型第三代TKI在费城染色体阳性(Ph+)急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)领域呈现出积极数据。
此外，中金近日发布研报称，亚盛医药在美国临床肿瘤学会(ASCO)年会上口头报告了Bcl-2抑制剂APG-2575(lisaftoclax)合并阿扎胞苷针对髓系恶性肿瘤的Ib/II期研究数据，并更新了MDM2-p53抑制剂APG-115(alrizomadlin)治疗晚期腺样囊性癌(ACC)或其它实体瘤患者的II期临床研究资料。该行认为，APG-2575 R/R AML数据亮眼，展现出克服维奈克拉抗药性的潜力。鉴于维奈克拉尚未核准1L MDS，此适应症竞争格局良好，建议关注临床开展情况。
