智通财经APP讯，名创优品(09896)发布公告，于2025年6月20日，公司获公司执行董事、董事会主席、首席执行官兼控股股东叶国富先生告知，其与一家领先的金融机构(“交易商”)的个人领式期权交易全面解除。
根据解除条款，交易商已将其之前与该领式期权交易相关的预付远期合约以作为信用支持所接收的1400万股公司普通股全部归还。该合约由交易商与Mini Investments SP1 Limited(“Mini Investments”)(一家由叶先生控制的英属维尔京群岛实体)于2023年订立。作为合约的一部分，Mini Investments向交易商转让1400万股股份以换取交易商的预付款项，并同意于合约到期时以现金支付或交付股份的方式结算。随着交易解除，Mini Investments 已收回全部1400万股股份。
公司相信，叶先生解除领式期权交易并重新获得该等股份的决定，表明其对公司长期成功的持续信心及承诺。
