智通财经APP讯，龙皇集团(08493)发布公告，配售协议所载的所有先决条件已获满足或达成，而交易已于2025年6月20日完成。根据配售协议的条款及条件，合共4838.4万股配售股份已由配售代理按配售价每股配售股份0.10港元成功配售予李先生。4838.4万股配售股份占紧接完成前已发行股份总数的20.00%;及紧随完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股份总数约16.67%。
配售事项的所得款项总额为483.84万港元。配售事项的所得款项净额约为455万港元。
