智通财经APP讯，友谊时光(06820)发布公告，于2025年第二季度内，受托人根据股份奖励计划累计购买股份已超本公司总股本的0.05%。自2023年8月28日起至2025年6月20日止期间，受托人根据股份奖励计划累计购买股份约占本公司总股本的3.7%。
董事会认为，根据股份奖励计划购买股份展示本公司对其业务展望及前景的信心，亦可作为吸引人才并推动使关键雇员的利益与本公司利益达成一致，推动本集团长远可持续发展增长的策略的一部分。
